Jason launched Exit Four after more than a decade heading up development and production at some of the industry's top unscripted companies.
He's developed more than 40 series and specials for over a dozen major networks, including A&E’s award-winning 60 Days In and Undercover High, ID's People Magazine Investigates: Cults, Food Network's Kids BBQ Championship, History's Manson Speaks, Bravo's In a Man's World, and TLC's long-running hit series My Strange Addiction.
At Exit Four, he's continued his success in long-form content (Discovery's Baby Drivers and the TLC reboot My Strange Addiction: Still Addicted?) while building out a digital division that creates viral content and digital series (My Unconventional Life,1K Dream Room, Dragged, Buying Back Home) for a variety of platforms.
Talia serves as Exit Four’s Director of Development where she identifies and produces opportunities for unscripted television series.
Talia has a keen sense of the television market and draws on her broad industry experience when developing. Prior to joining Exit Four, she worked on Fremantle's International Sales and Distribution team where she helped find US homes for international programs; and on Propagate Content's unscripted development team where she helped develop projects across all genres for a number of buyers.
