Jason launched Exit Four after more than a decade heading up development and production at some of the industry's top unscripted companies.
He's developed more than 40 series and specials for over a dozen major networks, including A&E’s award-winning 60 Days In and Undercover High, ID's People Magazine Investigates: Cults, Food Network's Kids BBQ Championship and Vinny & Ma Eat America, Bravo's In a Man's World, and TLC's long-running hit series My Strange Addiction.
At Exit Four, he's continued his success in long-form content (Discovery's Baby Drivers and the TLC reboot My Strange Addiction: Still Addicted?) while building out a digital division that creates viral content and digital series (My Unconventional Life, Love Hotline, 1K Dream Room, Dragged, Buying Back Home) for a variety of platforms.
Alex joined Exit Four in 2019 and quickly rose to become the company’s Director of Digital Programming, where he oversees a team of casting associates, producers, and editors for our short-form and digital content.
While at Exit Four, Alex has been part of the casting team for TLC's My Strange Addiction: Still Addicted? and Discovery's Baby Drivers. He’s also served as the Casting Director for the viral hits Love Hotline, Dragged, and Holiday Showdown. His casting work for Dragged won a 2020 Shorty Award for Diversity & Inclusion.
Prior to joining Exit Four, Alex worked in casting and development at a variety of companies, including Rock Shrimp and CBS.
